You will only be contacted by us if you affirmatively choose to receive newsletters and other marketing updates from Verve Group. We represent that we comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations governing the collection and use of your personal information.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use the Site for any reason on appropriate notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if we have a good reason, including any violation these Site Terms.
Indemnification

VERVE GROUP EUROPE GMBH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE SITE CONTENT, OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SAME, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, AND DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be finally settled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Berlin, Germany.
